From the small seedling planted by our founder Ernest Radley in 1945, his commitment to Christian values, his vision, struggles and his hard work, our family business has flourished.

Our goal is to give the best 24-hour oil, commercial and industrial services to Southeast Texas and its surrounding areas. Radley Electric, Inc. is dedicated to providing a safe, stable and professional work environment for our employees.

SAFETY

Radley Electric, Inc. is continually dedicated to safety first and our safety manager, Malcolm Ames is dedicated to managing job site assessment to be sure that our employees are equipped with the right clothing, tools, inspection and education to assure proper working conditions.

Every morning a job site assessment is completed on site and turned in at the end of every day. Trucks and safety equipment are inspected before each use using a safety check list, and safety meetings are held twice monthly. We also equip our employees with H2S monitors.

Beginning in June 2009, all REI employees will be receive First Aid and CPR certification with Malcolm, a certified instructor in Layman's First Aid, CPR, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens.
